Cancellation Policy
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice if needing to reschedule or cancel. Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than a 24 hr notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. ALL no shows will be required to pay 100% of the service fee before rescheduling any other appointments. Once a client has (3) cancellations or no shows within (1) calendar year, they will no longer be able to book any future appointments.
